All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and digital downloads is the property of Claire Makes Things or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. All content on this site, unless otherwise noted, was created by Claire Makes Things who owns sole copyright to said content. It’s not necessary to credit Claire Makes Things in your work, but credit is always welcome. 

Reviews, comments, emails and other content
Visitors may post reviews and comments, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Claire Makes Things reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

E-commerce
I offer products and services for sale on this site using WooCommerce. To avoid learning your credit card information, I’ve partnered with Stripe to securely process payment. As such, I never learn or store your credit card information. They share your name, address, and email with me. 

Physical purchases
Any orders placed in the online shop will be packed and shipped within 7 days. If there is a delay and you haven’t received your package in time, please contact me by email at claire@clairemakesthings.es. Though I can not be held accountable for any loss or damage, I will do my best to help you.

Please note that depending on the country’s postal service, delivery can take between 2 days and a month. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, and will not be held responsible for any delay. I am not responsible for any import duties and extra tax fees charged by your local Customs Office.

All illustrations, prints and original paintings displayed in the shop are created by Claire Makes Things and should not be copied, reproduced, used or modified without my knowledge and agreement. The purchase of prints or original paintings do not transfer reproduction rights. 

Digital products
The information and material part of your purchase is copyright, 2022 © Claire Makes Things. Due to the digital nature of certain products, they are not returnable. Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct product before confirming your purchase. Cancelled purchases cannot be refunded.

If you encounter a problem with a product or aren’t satisfied, please contact me at claire@clairemakesthings.es. I’ll do my best to address any concerns you are having, technical or otherwise and if we are not able to come to a resolution, I’m happy to offer a refund. Please allow 7-10 days for processing of your refund. Refunds will be made via the same method as the original purchase and are not transferable.

Licences of digital products
You can:
-Use digital products in personal or commercial work
-Sell end products with artwork created using these digital products.
-Install digital products on multiple iOS devices as long as the device belongs to you.

You cannot:
-Sell, or give away, redistribute digital products in any way, shape, or form. Items purchased or downloaded are for your use only.
-Redistribute edited versions of the digital products.
-Use any product purchased on this site to create hateful or malicious content.

Modifications and Inaccuracies
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Claire Makes Things and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Claire Makes Things does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
